Cancellation and Refund
This policy applies to all purchases made from www.hannahpad.com.au (official hannahpad Aus & NZ website).
Cancellation of an order can be done anytime prior to your order being sent. Once sent we don't accept cancellation of orders.
Refund for a cancelled order will be processed on the day of cancellation.
Refunds are only accepted for online purchases within 7 days of receiving the order if the delivery is unopened in the original packaging / satchel.
For any refund, all shipping charges for sending and returning the order will be incurred by the customer.
Order must be returned unopened in the original packaging / satchel.
Refund for the order will be processed once the order has been received by us.
The manufacturing warranty against any defect is for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. All shipping costs will be incurred by the company once it is established that the item is defective due to materials and / or workmanship.
This warranty excludes damage as a result of improper handling, accident or other causes that are not defects in materials and / or workmanship.
If you purchase an item from another store or online retailer other than the hannahpad Australia & New Zealand official website, you must deal directly with the seller for any cancellation or refund. Please be advised that the retailer policy will override our cancellation and refund policy.
This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer relevant to New Zealand or state of purchase in Australia.
